Now your estate can leave a lasting impact with planned giving. You can help your local community by donating a portion of your estate to Dismas Home:
Simply name Dismas Home of New Hampshire as a beneficiary of any percent.
Transfer the stocks or mutual funds directly without needed to convert to cash (or pay taxes on gains).
Make a full or partial real estate transfer, and deduct the property’s fair market value.
If you are over 70 and must take a required minimum distribution, you can have some or all of that distribution go directly to Dismas Home.

About Donations
How Will My Donation Be Used?
Right now, our capital campaign is raising money to build another Dismas Home in Rochester, NH. Your donation could make a difference!
Donating to our annual fund will contribute to the operating costs and new materials for our existing home in Manchester, NH. No contribution is too small – every little bit helps.
Operational expenses include:
Workforce Development supplies
Transportation to medical appointment, support services, and employment
Compensation for quality support staff
Supplies for day-to-day operations, such as food and home maintenance
Your donation is tax‑deductible
Dismas Home is a 501 C (3) non-profit and your donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law. All donations are invested in providing our residents with the most comprehensive, wrap-around services.
