Our Program

Life-Changing Programs for Recovery and Independent Living

Our unique two-phase program has delivered excellent results because it starts by giving underserved women a secure place to heal, then teaches new tools to reclaim an empowered life again.

  1. 90-Day Low Intensity Program
  2. 6-12 Month Transitional Living Program

Phase 1

90-Day Low Intensity Program

The first phase of our program is designed to treat the trauma behind substance misuse and restore their physical, emotions, and mental health.

This 90-Day Program provides more comprehensive support than a typical 28-Day Program. We are committed to giving women the time they need to heal and recover. Our program includes individual and group therapy sessions with licensed alcohol and drug counselors, a personalized recovery treatment plan with SMART goals, and a safe, welcoming home.

Phase 2

6-12 Month Transitional Living Program

Once our residents have nurtured their health, we prepare them with the tools they need to build a positive and productive new chapter.

Our Transititional Living Plan (TLP) continues the individual therapy sessions and recovery meetings, while adding in workforce education, life skills, ongoing therapeutic support and case management to prepare them for the next step.

I spent 16 months in jail. I wanted to continue being sober and I didn’t want a 28 day thing. I knew I needed more than that after 51 years, I needed something to get me to a good foundation in which to eventually live on my own.

The work done here is really unique and special.

It's structured so that they get a decent amount of treatment right, right off the back coming in the door, clinical treatment, group treatment, individual treatment, and then intensive case management afterwards to help them kind of navigate the world through sober eyes in finding benefits and employment and housing and how to manage, how to get through day to day with your natural coping skills versus using substances to handle everything, which is typically what they have been used to.”
